During the covid * pandemic there where a couple of times that while trying to recieve help from arizona des office they made it hard to recieve benifits by adding extra stipulations to the qualifications for federal benifits when it clearly states in the guide lines from the goverment that is prohibited ultimently kept me from receiving help during a hardship and i want the same oppertunity that everyone else had.

Ok the guide lines from the treasury clearly states that self- atitation including just a letter from tenate is good enough and it also states that they are strongly advised not to make it difficult to receive funds and cause a documentation burden on families
