Thats what they keep telling me consult legal counsel. Why if im supposed to report to them? I tried reporting fraud mamy times while case was open and they act like they could never verify. The debtor had filed on my debt and i was not happy with but they stated it was legal on deed. Then she frauded under my debt. I have evidence and almost felt to bother. Im now trying to report to teams criminal enforcement for bankruptcy fraud other than field office. I feel thry have covered up since day one using my information instead to verify fraud but to help debtor correct fraud.
