As I am familiar with how Stripe works, I am confident that Entranz added us as a connected account in their Stripe dashboard, but we do not have the credentials for our connected account with Entranz. Payments for Covid-* tests were processed through Stripe, with funds first being received in a Stripe account held by Entranz B.V. before being disbursed to Stichting Medic Kliniek. Use of Stripe Connect: Entranz B.V. utilized Stripe Connect but never provided us with the login credentials or access to this account. As a result, we do not have direct access to the payment history and account information necessary to verify and recover the outstanding amounts. Outstanding Payments: To date, Stichting Medic Kliniek has not received multiple aggregated payments from Entranz B.V. The total outstanding amount owed by Entranz B.V. to Stichting Medic Kliniek is €*,*.*. Request for Information We kindly request detailed information on the following aspects: Bank Accounts Linked to the Stripe Account of Entranz B.V.: Specific account numbers used to receive and disburse payments. Transaction Details: Detailed transaction history related to the payments processed for Stichting Medic Kliniek. Dates, amounts, and statuses of these payments. Transactions that were blocked and not transferred to the end-user. Commission fees that might have been edited.
