I own a LLC business and use Intuit for my estimates and payments
Hello ****, it's great to meet you! Could you please specify what particular legal concern or question you have regarding your LLC business or the use of Intuit for your estimates and payments?
A customer who paid weekly draws based on our mutally signed contract is disputing charges, one after another, going back mths, that have no merit. Intuit has no facts to base their decision on yet they grant them the win. Its is causing me to lose business and all my accounts are now in the negitive or overdrawn. I am going to lose my business and all personal things ( home, work truck, tools est) due to this. What can i do?
I'm sorry to hear about your situation, ****. To provide the best advice, I need to know your location. Also, have you reached out to a local attorney or the local small business administration for help?
