I’m starting a babysitting agency in New Hampshire and am waiting to open bookings to families until I have my contracts written. What should I be including in my liability forms for the families or liability forms for my babysitters that will babysit for the families I book them with? I’ve paid for some “lawyer reviewed” liability forms but want to check with multiple sources before handing them out to clients. Thank you!
Have you included clauses regarding indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution in your contracts?
