I originally filed an RSPA form when registering my company in Stripe Atlas. I need to make a modification so that it allows cash as the form of payment. How do I go about it? Do I need to refile anything? Do I need to pass a board resolution to approve this? I beleive I need to do the cash transaction from my UK bank account because I'm an indian resident and I don't want to have to file tons of paperwork with the Indian government via either the LRS or LLP routes. Does that sound right, or am I mistaken? I have been an NRI for 10 years (up to Oct * when I moved back), I have a UK bank account that has never received money from India and has solely received income from my dealings while I was abroad
Hey ****! Here's some general guidance for your situation:
- Modifying an RSPA form may require checking specific Stripe Atlas guidelines or consulting their support.
- A board resolution might be necessary if it's a significant policy change.
- Using your UK account is a strategy to avoid Indian government paperwork, but consulting a local expert on international transactions is wise.
Have you consulted with Stripe Atlas support or a legal expert on this?
