I have questions about my mobile bar business .
Hello **** ****, I'd be happy to help with your mobile bar business. Can you please specify your location and the nature of your concerns?
I’m located in California and I would like to offer self serve cocktail stations but am wondering if it’s legal in California. I would not be providing the alcohol. I would only provide pre made juices and client can add their own alcohol.
In California, it's typically legal to offer self-serve cocktail stations, provided that:
- It's a private event
- The event isn't open to the general public
- No alcohol is sold
However, local policies may differ. I advise reviewing the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's regulations or consulting with a local attorney.
Ok thank you
