I had a open Dcfs case where my a Louisiana CINC case was opened and my kids got placed in DCFS custody and Dcfs placed them with a relevant which is my father I agreed with DCFS to give my father legal guardianship of my child but when I went to court nobody signed any papers does that make the custody legal
