If I have been trying to get the other parents served in in custody court for the last 2 years and has been deemed impossible by two legal services and two lawyers and myself I have sent it to her Facebook Messenger she has seen it cuz she is asked me about it and I sent it to her sisters and I sent it to Hillary's text messages I so what would I say to Fall River County law enforcement concerning the violation of the restraining order before our custody hearing on the 11th to get them to charge her with parental abduction or rental kidnapping and add every time I try to do it before I kept getting turned down saying it's a civil matter there's no custody agreement there's nothing it can do but now that we have this restraining order and custody hearing coming up on the 11th does that change things with me trying to press charges or report my son missing to get his name on the ncert missing children's list
