dear Kerry, I **** shroyer is reaching out in regards of the Dusty vs. **** case number *. I’d like to recap on my Sunday visit with the children. It was completely amazing to see their smiles and feel their hugs. I’d like to bring to our attention that Dusty made multiple attempts to ruin my mood and make things very uncomfortable in front of the children. I know I mentioned I wasn’t comfortable with my mother mediating alone during my visit. She made it so I couldn’t have my auntie as support. Auntie wasn’t allowed to come to my moms house. She also said no one is to know where she lives so I needed to walk and dropped off down the street. My auntie is her sister, therefore this was just another excuse to control the situation. She also said she isnt comfortable with me at her house even though she requested through the courts it needed to be at her house. She also said she in the courts she would give me and the children space during our visits and she didn’t. She made us leave her house due to not trusting me on the property and drove us to the park. Had a beautiful time at the park until my mom made a decision to act in a very childish way. I asked for her phone to make a phone call to let my ride know I was no longer at the house but now at a park. She refused to let me use her phone. I was able to connect to a close by Wi-Fi and make the call off my phone. During this time my mom got very loud saying what you hacked into a person phone… I nicely explained how I used my phone and to please stop I don’t want to fight. She then proceeded to get louder says I’m waisting my visit on the phone with a drug user. My phone call was only * mins long. I wanted to make sure my ride knew my mom changed the location after they left. I’m very uncomfortable with the way she kicked me out after she drove angry back to her house telling my children their visit is over with me. My children were crying. She kicked me out again changing the location back to her house. I then had the leave the property right away she decided so I walked * miles until my ride noticed me on the road. She complained in not having time with my sons but yet she did everything in her power to ruin the visit. My kids were heart broken. They waited 100days to see mommy…she stole that from them. This letter is to inform you of her actions and I now request all visits will be held at my aunties house. Where I’d be supervised the entire time by my auntie Kari. Kari has done daycare for both my children. She’s also raised me most my life. Both the children and myself would be comfortable and able to enjoy the time spent together. I’d also like my mother not to be present due to all the stress she causes. I’d also like to point out I wasn’t given a drug test prior seeing the children. I did inform dusty prior to the visit so she must really not care I’m now19 days sober. She had all theses requests but yet I’m being denied when I’m doing my part given by the courts.
