So the situation was, I left a toxic, mentally and physically abusive relationship that lasted 8 years. I left the relationship on August 7th. His sister filed and said I had abandoned my kids on August 12th. I sent her a text august 12th asking if I could call that day. Under oath she stated that I hadnt made any contact.
