i am the biological mother of Elijah-James Jaxon Friloux (DOB */*/*). dec * * dcfs plaed my son with his gaurdians and we started twords reunification. i finished my case olan within 3 months and my fiencee finished his asside from iop due to conflictiong job schedules nov * we both went to jail i went for an fta and he went for princaple. i got out in dec24 and suggested gaurdianshipto dcfs because i didnt think id be able to carefor my son fincially A 21st Judicial District Court order dated February *, *, granted me reasonable visitation at least once per month. Since june * those court-ordered visits have been denied and i want to pursuing enforcement of the order, full reunification, custody modification, and termination of the current guardianship to bring Elijah home permanently.
