my ex took a ex parte order out on me to get my daughter and have temporary custody over her and when he took it out, it was in the county that we used to live in and not the current county and it was false allegations that he made to get it. I went to court and didn’t have an attorney so I let him get temporary custody because I also didn’t have housing at the time for my kid and we were staying at a hotel the court case for permanent custody was put off until I could find housing. In the meantime, my daughter has tried to commit suicide and he kept it secret for me and hidden for me and didn’t inform me about it. Can I take out an expert order back on him to get my daughter back?
