Child Support Modification Guidance

I am seeking an attorney to pursue a child support modification due to a substantial change in my financial circumstances. I was divorced */*/*, with child support set at $*/month. I recently had to resign from my job due to ongoing physical and mental health limitations and am currently unable to work or maintain my prior income. I begin a *-week intensive outpatient program on */*/*. I have three children. My *-year-old son has autism, lives with me full-time, is unemployed, financially dependent on me, and requires ongoing assistance with transportation, appointments, medications, and adult-transition services. My other two children are minors, ages * and *, with a */* parenting schedule. My ex-husband has not provided the financial disclosures required under Section * of our decree despite my requests. I need help obtaining his financial information, determining whether support should be increased, and pursuing the modification.
