My daughter and her child's father have joint custody she took the child on the weekend out of town out of State against the father's wishes and does not return the child nor did she take him to school today and has had no contact with the father she has the child on the weekends the father has him during the week so that he can get him to school because she has failed to handle that responsibility of giving him to school everyday what are his legal venues what can he do about this to get the child back in his care we have no idea where she's at
