Who is currently 5I had my son and then on July 31st *, Joey had taken my son away and I have not seen him since he got a protection order against me of which, at that time. I did not know how to fight it. I did not do any of my own legal studies at that time. Therefore I did not know how to fight it. The protection order lasted a year ended on September 18th *, during that protection order. He had been granted full sole and legal custody of my son and * hours visitation. And supervised, or was somebody we both know? Love and trust on the second and fourth weekend. Starting May * of which I have not been able to exercise. I have placed in supplemental affidavits on each missed visits. I have proposed numerous people to supervise those visits of which Joseph had denied.

Would you like guidance on finding a local attorney or assistance with legal forms?
There was one person who had stated as long as Joey is okay with it. He would supervise the visits, and that was Joey's friend. There was another one where Joey had allowed my son to go over to my ex-husband's sister's house and she had also stated that she would supervise the visits my ex. Husband and his sister are not good people, but I was willing to do what it took to see my son. Joey had also denied that only proposing a facility to do the supervising of the visits. That parenting plan was conditional based on things that were surrounding me down in county. Courts, those things no longer take place. I have a fine that I have to pay.
It sounds like a tough situation, Amanda. Given the complexity, it might be beneficial to connect with a local family law attorney who can provide guidance based on Nebraska laws. Would you like help finding a local attorney to assist you with your custody issue?
And that is it therefore supervise visits are no longer conditional or needing to be placed. I had proposed to his attorney that the second and fourth weekend from Friday to Sunday. I get my son overnights. They came back and stated that they want me to do 6 months of supervised visits, and then we'll go to unsupervised visits. And then we'll go to unsupervised overnights. That is not okay? That is not in the best interest of my child.

Therefore. I had We are to go through mediation. His attorney had declined mediation of which I came back and said that the parenting plan that was in place is conditional. And that mediation is important to go through to come up with an agreement between Joey. And I, his attorney had stated during court that the 120 days is until January 6th, and the judge had agreed that it was until January 6th. I turned and looked at his attorney and said, you guys are really going to wait until January 6th. They did not say anything, they acted really professional. We got out to the hallway because we were to go out to the hallway and talk about the proposed parenting. However, his attorney needed to go into county court.

He dismissed Joey and told Joey well if she wants to speak to me. Speak about it.She can speak to me.I'm your attorney, dismissing joey and allowing joey to leave. Therefore came up to me very rude and crude and said, well, i'm his attorney. You'll speak to me well.I don't have a child with his attorney. Therefore, I was wanting all three of us to stand there. And come to an agreement like an adult. But I had turned around and left, because I wasn't going to have somebody sit there and talked down to me.I need help.December fourth is a temporary plan for me to be able to see my son.I don't agree with the supervised visits.Didn't agree with the supervised visits to begin with.As the supervised visits were all on hearsay and yeah, I need help
