my * children were removed from my home due to a CPS call about domestic violence in my home between their father and i. well a safety agreement was made about their father not being able to be around. and the next day the worker was supposed to come to do a drug test but i was in the bath when they were knocking and i did not hear and apparently their father was in the back porch but the worker said an officer stated he saw him come out the back door and was arrested.well they instantly changed their mind and did not do the test an asked me if i had family they could go to an i did not so they asked me to help cooperate an get their belongings together that they had to take them. well after next day i think we had Court where they were granted the emergency removal. i instantly went to valley community service board got evaluated did all the classes required and needed and just had courts where i for some reason it didnt go well.
