Larry this is what I got My court date is this Thursday i had a another organization pull my petitions which my political petitions which I know did not give it to the party that I'm taking the court they promised me a affidavit stating that they did not pull them and now they refuse to give me an affidavit So I need to summons them do I have enough time to summons them If my case is if Thursday do I have the sheriff serve them Or do I have a private party will this delay my case and what form should I use as a general summons form i'm not seeking damages either but I have a court case It is in the law division that dupage County
