Yes i had a civil suit against ashley furniture store and went to a hearing on november 3rd 2025i was there sitting for * hours and the judge asked me what was going on and i told him that i had a scheduled date which was november 3rd,* he said since they defaulted on the case he ruled in my favorite he also said that the case was suppose to have been in small claims court because he handle bigger case and they only reason for that is that i was asking for a large amount so i've been and fourth with this case and ashley furniture as has been trying to get out of the case my date is now set for march 16th * at *:30pm bit i had to fike a mption to reconsidered and it's abedbug case and i was trying get the beds back in the case but still i haven't heared anything what should i do
