Yes i had a prose case about a bedbug case against the ashley furniture store? In civil court this november 3rd * i was scheduled for a hearing i eas ob time and i waited 2hours and then the judge said that they defaulted on the case because they didn't show up and he awarded me $*.*? And he went on to say rhat he didn't know how my case ended up in his court roon he qrote it up and he said that he was sending it down to small claim court? I then did a motion to reconsider because i wasn't happy with the verdict because i didn't get a chance to present my evidence and other things as well? I was askibg for more than what i eould have gotten in small claims court based on my evidence and other findings i was askibg fir $*,* because wgen i purchased these beds i was told that they was under protection plan and they even gave me my protection plan id number but qhen i went back to file the said somwthing toltally different therefore i was also going to file wirh the attorney general foe misleading and fradulant infoemation
