I have a lawsuit against. A county. Dcf. Tfi. And possibly two judges if your interested.
Hello **** ****, that sounds like a complex situation. Could you please provide more specific details about your case? Also, could you let me know your location so I can provide more accurate information?
My mother and my baby daddy filled illegal paperwork in a court room and lied on me to get my son taken from me. My son was illegally placed into fostercare for a year and a half. The court gave my son to dad knowing all the domestic violence cases he had on him. Dad failed for meth while my son was in fostercare. The same judge was on my sons cinc case. As well as all the domestic batteries from dad. As well as a child endangeredment case with my child. And the other judge allowed a restraining order to be active on me for over two years. When i showed her the two different signatures. She said they looked the same to her. And dcf and tfi. Also knew dad failed for meth and went to jail on a domestic battery twice while my son was in fostercare and they still recommended to the judge. To place my son with dad because they had no safety concerns.
