I am a complainant with two existing civil harassment cases pending in New Jersey Municipal Court against one defendant but my harassment cases are weak,  having little supportive evidence. However I also have evidence supporting several other potential harassment, slander, false light and false incrimination cases against this same defendant. Would the new cases support my existing weak cases? Should I seek to combine the cases together or should I have these cases heard separately?
It sounds like you have a complex situation on your hands. Combining cases can sometimes strengthen your position if the facts and legal issues are closely related, but it depends on the specifics of each case. Would you like to connect with a local lawyer who can provide you with detailed advice?
