Yes and i filed what i thought was a responce and then without being notified the plaintiff went to court and had my answer stricken. It was granted and yesterday we went to court with them putting in for default. However due to the fact im going pro per and lack of proper proof of service. I was granted until */*/* *:* am.To redo my answer. Or get with other side lawyer and try and work out something. Since court i have tried * times to call this lawyer who told the judge he looked forward to talking with me, and have left my number. Have not gotten any responce.
