My son has constructed a residential house in a regd.site purchased by him up to ground flr. While the 1st floor was being constructed above it, he sought my financial help from my own savings money and I have credited * lakhs in to his current account in the bank., and I too am staying in the same house since last 12 years past.Now, he is asking me some more money from my savings , and in default warned me & his mother ( both sen.citizens) to get out from that house., on the plea that he has to sell his house. Not any agreement between us since we are father, mother & son relation Any legal way out to restrain him from sending us out at this old age?
