Yes i wanted to know what letter do i have to write the courts if the defendant defaulted on a case and the judge ruled in my favor although he said they didn't belinf on his desk and that it was suppose to be sent down to small claim courts he went on to state that he handle larger cases and not my case itcwas a bedbug case, but i was thinking it only went on his desk because i was asking for more than small claims court will award me? I mean i already wrote and submitted mt motion to reconsider and i called to check on any dates and the clerk told me there was nothing going and they haven't made a decision ?
