Why would I have to file a motion to amend if the judge put an order in to have it amended? He tossed out the original appeal. He was helping me out. I my appeal was off all the correct facts I just didn’t add the election commission
It's great that the judge is giving you a chance to amend your appeal. Even with the judge's order, you still need to file a motion to amend because the court requires formal documentation for any changes. This ensures all parties are informed and the court records are up-to-date.
