Do I need to send the motion to file elecreonically to the Superior court MA which is the court I am removing from as there was a misundestanding between the court's docket clerk as i first had to file the motio to file electronically?
Case Rating: *
You need to file the Motion to File Electronically with the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, not the Superior Court of Massachusetts. This is because the electronic filing permission is required for the federal court where your case is now pending.
Would you like any further assistance with this process?

Yes, you should serve the Motion to File Electronically to the plaintiff's attorney. Serving motions to all parties involved, including the opposing counsel, ensures proper legal procedure and maintains transparency in the case.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
