Yes i had a court hearing in st.clair county il and the party i was filing claim against they didn't show up. The judge ruled in my favor because they defaulted on the case the judge said he didn't know why my case landed on his desk because he handle larger cases like oil comanies and so farth even though it landed on his desk and he wrote it up as a deault case he then awarded me $*,* snd he said that it should be in small claims now i was asking for *.* million but now i'm asking for *,* and o kmow i have to back and tedo my letter to submit what would i beasking for would it be a motion to appeal my case based on emotional distress and photographic evidence

Ok also when i was going to court i filed a paper saying what evudence i have so do i mentined these in my new state or just do the motion to vacate
