Yes i had a bedbug case in civil court and the oposing party didn't show uo the jydge ruled im my favor he said because they didn't show up he then said that it was good and bad bews he said the bad news was that the case should have went ti small claims court because he handle bigger cases and then he saud the good news eas that he was ruling in my favor because they defaulted on the case i then file a motion to reconsider because i wasn't happy with the amout that was awarded to me because i feel as though my evidence could have made a difference in the amount i was receiving i then kelp checking on the status of my case and i eas later told that the opposing party file to vacate my motion to reconsider so i wanted to know what letter do i address the judge so that they can't vacate this case and that it must be heard
