Lawyer swore an affidavit that they tried numerous times to notify me with no luck. They also had no evidence they tried. Judge allowed them to do a class * publication. The day after first publication the judge changed time and venue due to schedualed power outage and had court day before second publication. I also requested public defender to appeal after i got termination notice. Request was in righting and he signed my request but never appealed

Ive got all the evidence they even sent termination notice to an address that has no connection to me or never has. Even though they had my correct address on record. It was even put in police report twice that was used as evidence against me. Only reason i got termination notice was postal worker recognized my name and put it in my mailbox
