Hello, I have learned on my own accord that there is a court case against me. When I look up the case, the courts claim a summons, complaint, general civil information form, and an affidavit of service were completed. None of this is true. I have not been summoned. The address on file is not accurate, and I completed a USPS change of address 21 days prior to the date the summons claims to have been completed and 32 days prior to the affidavit. What can be done in this situation?
