Thry are trying to get it dismissed by using time since it was from *, and since i didnt include washoe county i listed washoe county human services along with individuals that its grounds to dismiss, and failure to perfect states sovereign immunity these individuals do not all still work for the county and one lost her lisence for misconduct in anotger case they are also using that i failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted
