I have congestive heart failure and COPD I recently went to ER for fluid build up and feeling like I couldn't get any oxygen. Dr dose al the needed test and decided they need to keepe over night . They move me from ER to hospital bed I am asleep and a security guard comes in and said a nurse thought it was suspicious that I was mumbeling when she was transporting Me from ER to hospital room , she mentions it to the in and says the nurse here says you were mumbling security guard comes in room and says I need to search your bag grabs my back pack and proceeds to go through it . He takes a couple items out with out saying what and not documenting any of it . There was some drugs in it yes. Then they call the police . The police didn't even go through back -pack but proceeds to read mey meranda rights then escort me out of hospital . I did request to be discharged at that point . Cops escort me out and leave. A couple side notes I am known mumbler any one who knows me knows it's a trait I have it the low pitch combined with no speaking clearly I had drugs but was not on them. They also confiscated all my medications prescribed by their doctors at a eairler visit. This is stAte of Hawaii. What are your thoughts on this. Thank you for your time **** ****

Both there was some illegal substance as well as prescribed pills in a day of week pill box because I have so many I have to keep them organized
