The virginia state bar only talks to people by letters and it is not * its * and i dont have time nor the patience or want to be pen pals and they dont over see the commonwealth attornies

There no immunity when you flat break the law and knowingly did so! And had no intentions of ever making things right in the eyes of justice, even a friend who works for the fbi said all the guys that stood for what the justice system stood for are long gone and the new guys in their places and they turn a blind eye to what is going on in front of their faces and further i have every single bit of evidence i need and then some!
