Law Enforcement Misconduct Claim

Summary

You may have potential claims against the law enforcement ranger for excessive force, unlawful search, and coerced assistance. The rangers threat to kill your boyfriend could be considered excessive force, and the search of your vehicle may not have been lawful. Additionally, forcing you to assist your boyfriend in peeing could be deemed inappropriate conduct. Consider consulting a local attorney to discuss your rights and potential legal actions.
