I am a councilman in Wyoming PA. I was falsely accussed of a benefit by the State Ethics Commission when a project was done on my street. I hired an attorney and they discoverd the Ethics Commission falsified under oath witness testimony to try to convict me. They discountinued all charges against me. I filed a lawsuit for wrongful use of civil proceedings and both the Dauphin county Court and the Commonwealth Court said they have Sovereign immunity and were acting within the scope of their duties.
