My father who I have hand no contact with was involved in my life while My mental health has an episode he called police and I was arrested with being questioned the police and father know each out so I was wrongfully detained and taken into a community hospital and have a bill. I should have been taken in for psychiatric treatment. I want to sue because my rights were violated and I have falling guidelines in which I was court ordered and I feel I am being discriminated and suffering trauma because of my father’s disregard to my request to not be around him and taken elsewhere. Since he could understand that I was sick I ended up being charged and stuck in jail in which I was affected by coronavirus
