The local police stopped me in a store asked who I was, did a pat down search & told me University police were on the way to ask me questions. I was handcuffed when they arrived taken to the station, searched further, handcuffed to a metal bench after I asked to see a warrant. My cell phone was searched, and I was interrogated for * hours and not presented a warrant. The police detective stated he was investigating a cell phone theft in which no such cell phone was found on my person. Was told I was not permitted over the counter meds, or ibuprofen for pain relief of a hip with severe osteoarthritis. I was rushed to the hospital after Intense pain debilitated me completely. My cell phone was targeted after I video taped another local police dept.s 21min. arrest in which my rights were violated. There was not a physical arrest warrant recorded with the actual date of the arrest but issued by a judge on the following day.
