I have been married since *. A few months ago we lost our house burned down. Nothing left. I was always told that our home & property was owned by my husband. When in fact his mom who lives in the back yard owned everything. Different residence same address. We live miles from the nearest town. We started staying at his moms as a temporary fix. Within a couple of days i was kicked out. I mean out on the street. It was cold,no food, nowater,no money. My husband closed our joint bank account & they shut my phone off. I have literally lived on the street . They banked in on insurance money. I have nothing & the insurance was his moms but the things in the house belonged to us. The neighbor starts verbally attacking me if i try to approach the property. Him & his mom wont answer the door. They know i have nothing while they are living it up. He wont give me a ride to even get a job to help myself. I have suffered greatly both mentally & physically. Its my husband & its like they burned me out of his life. I want a divorce & he should have to pay for what hes done. I need clothes food a vehicle. I lost everything in th hat fire. Last time i saw him he drove by laughing at me. I almost starved to death & froze to death. Ive had to sleep in cars & in the woods. I want a list of every possible thing I can do legally

I live in paoli Indiana. My husband and his mother kicked me out of the house. Shut my phone off. He closed our joint bank account. I no longer have a car because him & his mom were loading it up to sell as scrap metal. He damaged it beyond repair. I am not currently employed because he works & provided for us. He will not answer the door or my phone calls. I am threatened if i try to go onto the property. The neighbor also is verbally threatening if i try to knock on the door. I have no food or water or money. That is my address but i am homeless.
