Divorce Threats And Harassment

My cousin Hector is going through a divorce right now and his soon to be ex wife has been making his life miserable with a bunch of false accusations and also with harassing him and stalking him and a lot of other things. The other day his soon to be ex wife called me on my cell phone and began to ask me if I knew anything about the divorce. I responded to her that I did not know anything about it as of the time of our conversation and she began to accuse my cousin of things that are just not true at all that anyone who knows my cousin would just right off the bat know she was falsely accusing him of these things. She sounded very angry and yelling at times on the phone. She was historical at moments and was even growling on some occasions. I just listened to her speak for a long time not wanting to interrupt her. But What scared me the most was her multiple comments saying that my cousin Hector *should watch his back from this point forward, accidents happen all the time and wouldn't want something horrible to happen to him before this is all done with." And she was saying that she was going to finish him and ruin him in every way possible if she didn't get what she wanted in the divorce settlement. She said she was going to destroy him, let every single person he knew about everything she was saying to me. That he was finished and she was happy if something happened to him so that she could get what was rightfully hers. This all scared me very much so I called my cousin right away after this phone conversation and told him to please be safe and to not go anywhere alone. If he went out to be aware of all his surroundings and to maybe think about putting security cameras up in his home to be extra safe. I told him that she sounded very angry and that she sounded very crazy and irrational. Hector told me that he was already feeling nervous and scared about the whole situation because of what other family members and friends and business associates had been telling him because of his wife calling them as well and saying similar things as to what she had told me. He said he had not been sleeping well because of it and was anxious and confused by the whole situation because he had not done anything wrong as was just always in the position to work the whole thing out fairly and with respect to both of them. I just want to write a letter to the court because my cousin Hector has filed an fl * for her restraining order violations on multiple occasions. I just want the judge to know how worried I was and am still because of this conversation she had with me and just want them to know of the things she was threatening to do to him if she didn't get her way.
