YES, MY HOUSE WAS REFINANCED WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL UNDERGOING LIFE SAVING SURGERY, MY BILLS WERE NOT PAID WITH THE REFINANCE MONEY AND AN ACCOUNT I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WAS OPENED IN MY NAME AND THE PERSON WHO HAD THE POA'S NAME, ONCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE ACCOUNT, ALL THE MONEY HAD BEEN REMOVED AND PUT INTO THEIR PERSONAL ACCOUNT SO I GOT NONE OF THE MONEY
