I am looking to sell my house and move in with my daughter I need more help now and my house is not safe for me anymore. I am on Medicaid! If I sell my house are there penalties?? can loose my coverage?? I am disabled and widowed low income! Also is there a lien on my house today or does Medicaid only place a lien on a house if you are long term nursing home? Also I do have a little bit of equity in my home I’m afraid to loose that I need to use for housing!
