My stepdaughter slapped me and knocked me down. Her daughter exploited my deceased wife for her SS benefits by using a fraudulent POA. My deceased wife did not see any of her SS benefits. I was a former truck driver. I was always on the road trying to provide for my family.

I have contacted both of these facilities but keep being told there is nothing they can do. I need to hure an attorney. Adult Protective Services came out to my home and interviewed. I was later told there was nothing they could do. Hire an attorney.

I have trued Legal Aud but nit Prairie State Legal Services. If they are not able to assist me, do you have any other suggestions?

No, but I will try them. I have called so many agencies until I ended calling the same ones again.

I spoke to them, but became my wife was not in a facity, they were unable to assist me. Thank you.

Yes and they gave me some of the same agencies you did and the ones i had contacted already. Like i said, I keep hitting a brick wall due to linited funds. I have already paid an attorney $*,*. He wants $* an hour and i can't afford it.
