Conflict Of Interest Concerns

I was involved in an accident march * *. My truck drove off the highway into a sign went through the windshield before stopping on a hill. My boyfriend had fallen asleep at the wheel. He got out and saw the damages to my truck. I had been asleep in the passenger side of the vehicle and jolted awake was in shock and very upset at him. I slid over into driver's side because , well , it's my truck and he's done enough at this point. He does not have a driver's license nor has he ever had one. This all happened in front of a sheriff. I started to make my way home when about two blocks left sheriff turned on his lights .. I pulled over. " What you hit?" He asked me. I told him I'm not sure maybe a stop sign. He then asked "What happened"? My boyfriend blurred out " she fell asleep".

In the mail I received a notification insurance ticket a wheels off the roadway ticket and one other something else. Can't remember but a week later in the mail I received a criminal citation for a hit and run unattended property. The prosecutor secretary is my boyfriend's ex-wife. I said conflict of interest to my lawyer she said I just don't see it. I believe there is a conflict of interest

My lawyer is supposed to be working for me however just doesn't see that so after going to court on that my boyfriend is written a statement stating that he was actually the one driving I had a continuance at that court date I haven't the judge has not heard that information yet I'm not sure if the prosecutor even knows however that was last week and tomorrow I go to court for the traffic part of it with the same judge and I get to be the one since there was a continuance on the criminal one until June 3rd the judge is going to hear from me that I got insurance hopefully she'll drop that part but the rest of the ticket is not me because I wasn't the one driving I was driving when the sheriff pulled me over I

was not driving when the truck wrecked if he didn't see us which places that's not my problem however we didn't tell the sheriff at the time kind tickets

of still in shock presumably that he would know they saw he said he saw us bouncing when we came to a stop so anyways it didn't cross my mind the way he wrote his report made it look like I ran from the scene because I didn't pull over right away however I didn't know he was behind me My both of my mirrors were broke off it's hard to see what that reread mirrors what's behind you he said he had to turn his lights on to get me to pull over. Isn't that standard procedure for sheriffs to do in the first place they need to turn their lights on? Yes of course it is why would he write his report in such a way because it's like creative writing to get me a charge anyways I would like to know with all of that information what the best way to tell the judge that I was not the one driving so that she will drop the criminal and lower my traffic fine
