Storage Facility Eviction Rights
Summary
In Nevada, landlords must follow legal procedures for eviction, including providing proper notice and obtaining a court order. Self-help evictions, such as changing locks, are illegal. Tenants have the right to access their belongings until the eviction date stated in the notice. If the eviction is related to someone elses behavior, it may be considered a no cause eviction. Tenants should gather relevant documents and evidence to contest the eviction in court. Legal advice may be needed for labor rights and discrimination issues, but the user is not ready to pursue that at the moment.Full Conversation

I was told that I would have till the 10th to move. Although I didn't, (& now won't be) pay my rent. Do they have the right to lock me out for not paying? Even though they gave me an eviction for something that has nothing to do with rent or moneys? In fact it's about someone else's behavior, that they say I'm getting evicted for!

Can they lock me out, where I cannot move any of my things at this point? OR are they to let me enter to remove my things until the date stated on notice?
