Online Casino Withdrawal Dispute

Summary

If an online casino denies a withdrawal due to unclear bonus terms, review the terms thoroughly and document all interactions. Contact the casinos customer service for clarification and consider escalating the issue to the Louisiana Gaming Control Board if necessary. If the bonus terms do not specify restrictions on game types, you may have grounds for a dispute. Draft a formal complaint outlining the misrepresentation and request a reconsideration of the withdrawal. If needed, seek legal advice or representation to address the matter effectively.

July 28th *, I made a deposit of $* with a no rules deposit bonus of *%. I clicked on your new slots tab on your homepage and went down and found a game that looked interesting and started the game. It turned out to be a crash game but I did not know that and the website did not specify that it was one. It's literally listed under new SLOTS tab on their homepage. I've attached pictures to show how this is the case. Shortly after entering the game and not knowing how to play it and realizing that it was just wasting my money and I didn't like it at all I exited out of the game and went on to play Lightning coins where I won all of the money that I wound up winning. At the end of it I was trying to cash out the max that I could which was $*. My withdrawal was denied however and the reason for this was that I was told that playing the crash game violated the rules of the bonus.
Hey ****! It sounds frustrating dealing with that situation. In Louisiana, online gambling and related disputes can be tricky. Here are some steps you might consider:
- Review the terms and conditions of the bonus thoroughly.
- Contact the website’s customer service for clarification on the game's categorization.
- If needed, file a complaint with the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
Did the website provide any specific terms regarding game types and bonuses?
I reviewed the bonus and nowhere on the bonus does it say anything about it any games causing any forfeiture byt I was instructed that the best that I could get was a withdrawal of $* and that I would be losing out on the $* that I fairly won.
Hey ****! It sounds like a confusing situation. If the bonus terms don't mention restrictions on game types, you might have grounds for a dispute. Here are some suggestions:
- Check if the website has any hidden terms or clauses.
- Ensure you have documentation of the interaction and their response.
- Consider escalating the issue to the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
Have you tried contacting the website's customer support for further clarification?
Can you put together a response to their customer service department informing them that you are my legal representation and that you believe that there are adequate and very clear grounds for a dispute my favor
