Visa Fraud Financial Dispute

I decided to try again for visa so again nikunj called ruby for it and give me option like spain , russia, Fiji so I choose fiji so my fiji process started and nikunj has given my * lakh to ruby dave for Fiji so in Jan * process started then ruby again tell me you will get work permit from india but he has not given work permit so I move to Fiji on visa in arrival but before going I saw a rule in immigration website of fiji that visit to work permit is not possible directly for that you have to move out of fiji so I ask that then ruby and nikunj tell me that agent has jack in fiji he can manage so I agree and I got a call from a co agent hiren from surat he connected me a fiji person whose name is mit Patel so I talk with him and I taken a flight on * march * for Fiji and reach fiji on * march then mit said bring to * allachol for him so we change * usd and take two boltte then we go to hotel and take rest then mit bring food for me and we eat for after to be continued

first I saw him in full drunk postion so after 1 day he demanded * usd for we called hiren for so hiren transfer *,* rs in my account and give * usd then also he didn't start work and second thing our agent ruby tell us you will get accommodation and food and *,*,* salary with over time after meeting mit Patel I come to know that salary is on * fiji dollar to 900fiji dollar so I again tell to ruby to didn't respond after 4 days before job interview mit switch off his phone so hiren sent me to his home to ask money back but he didn't do so I then transfer the hotel with my own expenses then ruby dave head come in picture so his name is ayushi venarse after this I again send fiji immigration link of visit to work permit is not possible

after * hours in night I got acall from ruby dave that in fiji it is not safe for you we have another option job for u in Dubai which is ayushi home ground so I said yes because she offer me *,* rs job in money exchange company but after reaching Dubai his agent hitesh come to pick up so we go with him he take me to a bed space Meena bazar for stay there also ruby said us you will get best accommodation and then I talk to Hitesh regarding job he told you agent whatever told you but I want to clear you something you job is in Forex trading company Target based job you salary is 2000aed without food

andaccommodation you will have to pay for food and accommodation after you get job before that I will pay so I call ruby once give interview then decide but she also tell me that if ayushi venarse say yes then signature you contract too so I discuss with my friend I come to know that Forex trading company are doing lots of scam in dubai so I tell ruby so we have don't have any other job then I left dubai without telling to ruby,Nikunj, ayushi and hitesh

and came back to india so after two days my parents go to meet nikunj and ruby but ruby blame why does you son left dubai without telling me if he stuck in dubai then what will he do then also tell that ayushi madam tolddipen leave dubai without telling us so no refund in meeting conclusion is that after cutting fiji and dubai charges from * lakh refund whole money then ruby and nikunj taken time for a 10 days after 10 days I call nikunj for hisab but he is in palanpur and tell me I will call you tomm and from tomm his phone is switched off then I msgruby for hisab but she told me I already talked with nikunj bhai and our hisab is clear so you better talk with Nikunj

so I try to call him fot *-10 days after 10 days nikunj sister husband I got o called him he told me that nikunj is in Delhi for sap software update so don't believe it so I visited his office and his home at his home I come to know that nikunj is in jail for forged documents case in palanpur and two bali are rejected but his wife told tell nikunj come out once he will solve your problem she told me he will may come by * may so be patience so I said okk for wait then I again ruby don't telling him about nikunj just asking for hisab by saying nikunj number is switched off so I want hisab but didn't get any reply till now now what to do
