A Russian citizen entered via Schengen visa in Switzerland in * however managed to receive category B living permit. It’s valid until *.*.*, was given for a year. Is living permit valid as a travel document and would the person be able to go back to Russia and then back to Switzerland just with the permit? Schengen visa is expired.
