My daughter ask for me last year and I had my interview the consular put a bar of 10 years ( Im in Brazil since * I overstayed my turist visa I lived in USA Newnan Ga from April * - February * my kids are Americans citizens my Daughters is * and my son is * their are living in newnan . So the consular told me to filling a waiver * and etc. I will . My question is this waiver its because I overstayed my turist visa of 10 years. But I also worked without autorizacion for several years I got laid off I couldn't get a job because anymore ( I don't hpld a social security) I moved to Brazil where's was born my did not know the language etc I don't have anything here . We have a very hard life here etc.... so my Daughters moved back to Newnan in * and my son in * . Do I need to put in a waiver for had working ilegal ?
