Me and my wife got married in * - my wife wanted to student in the UK she applied for university got an student visa she came to UK on 11th Sep’* I’m dependent of her I came to the UK as a student dependent on 29th Dec’* after successfully studies my wife wanted to apply PSW visa meanwhile I got sponsorship from one employer like my work wanted to give skilled work visa, thereafter my applied PSW which she got and I got Skilled work visa after successfully 7 month now my company terminating me with stated of poor performance which is invalid but I cannot fight legally as I don’t have money.
